Jeff Sherman was very patient with us and also very knowledgeable. We didn't feel pressured, yet he was probably the most honest & direct car salesman we have ever worked with.
Maybe it's bad luck but I watched 2 cars disappear in front of my eyes. But the good luck was having Francine on my side. This dealership is buzzing. They're popular and cars don't last long. The Client Advisor provided excellent guideline to best fit on my budget thoughout my purchasing process. He also tired to best match my preferences in selecting vehecle and the experience that I had with him was the best. It was my 3rd new car since 2005.
Had a wonderful experience. The car was prepared and ready to go. Tom took over an hour to explain the new car to me and all its features. Lisa was efficient and very personable going over the terms of the lease. I would definitely tell my friends and family to use this dealership again. As will I.

Mike M. was the best client advisor I have ever worked with at Park Ave. He expedited the lease-end process, devoted time to finding the new vehicle of my choice with features that were important to me, was attentive and friendly (funny too), and worked to get me the best price possible. Mike M. showed me how to use several of the new features in the vehicle that I was unfamiliar with (Navigation, Voice Activation, Roadside assistance, etc.).
