My wife and I just purchased a 2011 328 i with x drive from Mike Messinger. We went to Park Ave BMW after getting a bad feeling from another BMW dealer we were dealing with. Dan Pieroni was recommended by a friend and once we met him there was no need to shop around. He was very friendly, professional and helpful in answering all our questions. Andre is a very professional . He listens to what we want and makes suggestions. We have returned to your dealership over and over because of Andre's character . My oldest daughter as also bought her first and second car with Andre. Our dealings with Andre and your dealership have been fantastic . We just bought a 2010 inifinity at this BMW dealership. Purchasing a car is always a pretty time consuming process. If you have to spend 3 hours with a car salesman, we were lucky to get Jeff! There was no sales pressure. He had a great sense of humor and did his best to keep us entertained and comfortable the whole time. We kind of wish he had known a little more about the car and it's history, but he did the best he could with what information he had on it. I would totally recommend Jeff to a friend!
I could not have had a better experience buying my new bmw. Craig and Roger made my experience fantastic! I went to other bmw dealerships and was not pleased with the service. Park ave is a fantastic dealership and the employees are excellent! I will definitely go back and recomend it to others!
