At first the visit was a bit rocky. We felt like we weren't being given the level of service we deserved. However all was addressed the further we got into the deal. Roger was very knowledgable and provided different financing options that might have work in our scenario. Brett delivered everything he promised from fixing the cars bumps and bruises to parting gifts at the end of the deal. My 328 lease was approaching maturity in Nov., and I stopped off at Park Avenue BMW to explore the possibility of any lease pull-in for a new vehicle, since my commute dictates much driving and mileage accrual. I contacted Junior over the phone he worked everything with me very easy and smooth. After working the entire deal I went in and picked up the car with my wife and everything that was promised was done. What can I say about Brett? How about this guy is the BEST! We had everything negotiated via e-mail and phone before I even entered the dealership! I told him what I wanted and he gave me a large selection of vehicles that met my needs. This was possibly the best experience buying a car that I've ever had, with zero pressure.
