I gave this dealership a high rating mainly because of the Michael Messinger and Gregg Berkowitz! Michael has gone out of his way several times to resolve issues and get me into the car I wanted. We came to Park Ave with the intention of buying one used car and ended up buying two. If that's not a good enough reason "Why" I will add that Francine, Brad and Roger were pleasant not pushy, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products they are selling. They did not waste our time with a lot of silly sales gimmicks, like other dealers, but in the end they got the job done and made the sale. Francine was an excellent sales person. She seemed genuine, honest, and caring. As far as pricing, I am not certain if it was the best deal, but I am happy. Also with regards to a trade-in (I did not end up trading in) her estimate before viewing the vehicle was pretty honest (not one of those quoting much more than what they will actually offer). I will be recommending her to my friends and definitely be returning for my next purchase.
