Mike always reutnred emails and calls quickly and professionally. He made every to effort to work a fair deal. Ryan made the paperwork easy, always a plus. Overall service was terrific. Second time that I have worked with Mike.
My original Sales person was Andre and he was extremely helpful with my previous 2 bmws (328xi, one in 2007 and the 2nd in 2010). I talked to Mike because Andre was on vacation and i wanted to make sure i ordered my new car before my lease was up. i was a bit afraid because i had never dealt w/ Mike, but to my surprise Mike was WONDERFUL!!!! After dealing with me, Francine Barbieri should be canonized as a saint. It was certainly not my intention, but I drove Francine crazy. However, it was her incredible patience and understanding and her ability to walk me through all the car scenarios I had cooking in my head. I had the pleasure of meeting John about 2 weeks ago after Gregg and I finished up the sale of my new BMW! John took a test drive with me and answered all my questions, he even answered questions that I didn't even think of yet!
