Eric Cuello deserves accolades galore from management. He is by far the most professional advisor I have ever used. You never have to worry about Eric returning your call. He'll call you with an update, prior to you calling him. The most Honest and knowledgeable advisor I have ever used. If Eric were to leave Park Ave BMW, I would have to follow him. He's that great. This is my second experience leasing a car at Park Ave BMW. After dealing with BMW of Tenafly and Prestige BMW (competitors in the area) on previous car sales, there is no comparison to the seamless transitions that I experience at Park Ave. Both Brad and Craig listened to my needs and helped me come up with a choice, payment, and terms that I am extremely happy with. Pros: John was easy to work with and very friendly Very inquisitive, took the time to ask pointed questions to figure out what would work for me and what wouldnt He presented some options that I wasnt previously aware of and all possible end of lease options He was very patient in answering all my questions He was not pushy and really tried his best to find a vehicle that woul work for me without being aggressive Was very willing to negotiate and help me with different pricing options. My wife and I had a wonderful experience. Rob was extremely helpful and attentive. He provided superior customer service and addressed all of our questions and inquiries in an efficient manner. At no time did we feel any pressure or uneasiness during the sales process. I would definitely recommend Rob and Park Ave BMW to my family, friends and colleagues that are looking to purchase a car. After visiting several BMW dealerships, I was referred to Francine by a friend who recently purchased with her. My lease was ending and I was looking to commit to a BMW, but had not yet found the exact car I wanted or a helpful sales associate who did not waste my time. Francine was an absolute pleasure! This is my second time buying a car through Danny Pieroni and both times have been great. He is very knowledgeable about the car, the features and the lease deals. We worked together on a fair price and moved forward with the lease. He made the entire buying process a breeze from my initial call to picking up the car.

I was greeted in a friendly, "welcome back" manner. My interests were taken seriously, and a salesman was assigned to me. He was interested in knowing my needs, what I am familiar with, and what I want in my next car. I mentioned I have 2 months left on the lease, so he worked with that. After having my car inspected, he offered to take the lease obligations off my hands along with a reasonable monthly payment on a new BMW. He was engaging, knew his stock well, and worked with my schedule. It could not have been better.
