From the moment I got in touch via email with Francine, all my questions, requests were answered promptly. Being at work I was able to communicate via email with no trouble at all. Had bad experiences with other sales persons and dealers that would never respond. Everything went smooth and now I drive the our dream car!! a white X5!! This was one of the best car buying experience that I have ever had till now. Brett was simply awesome. Brett ensured he was upfront with me and he did not have any surprises (I mean bad surprises). Brett beat the price that I received from other dealers and there was nothing hidden. Jeff Sherman was fantastic to work with. He answered all of the questions I had with incredible patience and obvious expertise. It is usually not the most pleasant experience when buying a new vehicle, but Jeff made the experience so much easier. i was directed to Francince by my friend Mike Najdzin . she was preofessional, extremely knowledgeable, and more than helpful. i always find the whole car buying /leasing process extremely painful and she actually made it enjoybale. I have now purchased/leased 5 BMWs from Tom Bonariggo. Tom makes buying a car very easy. He knows his product inside and out and understands what I like or don't like in a car. He always tries to get you the best deal possible and will spend a lot of time answering any questions you might have. Leasing a new BMW from Park Ave was a very easy process. Our sales person, Daniel Pieroni, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and low pressure. We never felt like he was after a quota, but that he was looking out for our best interest. Unless we move out of the area, we will be using Park Ave and Daniel Pieroni for a long time! A great experience!
