Well trained, personable and knowledgable service advisors.. Very conscientious service department. All my service needs have been met so far. New service center and "BMW" loaner is the dealer's savior. If it weren't for the new service facility, much faster drop off and pick ups and courteous employees, I would have changed dealers. Stefanie Patine is a first class service advisor. Stefanie is very professional and thorough on handling my 2010 BMW 528i servicing and repairs. Shes the reason why I am ordering a 2013 BMW from Park Ave BMW. On occasions Stefanie has delivered me a service loaner at my place of business in Manhattan on Friday afternoons. There are not enough good words I could say about Stefanie. If there was an award for a service advisor, Stefanie Patine deserves it.
Drive train malfunction on 2011 550i. Spoke with Larry Weiner on the following issue and advised to come in and waited before the service shop closed. He situated me with a loaner and took time to detail out possibilities leading to the malfunction. I definitely had a better understanding of this issue after speaking with him. The next day he would update me throughout the morning-afternoon and gave me at ETA by Friday 08-Mar-2013 (2 days in shop). Was there multiple times for multiple service issues within a month period. Rich Anzalone, the service consultant, always kindly explained what the issues were before any work was done. Best service experience so far. Highly recommend!!!
Been dealing with Eric Cuello at Park Ave over the past year and a half and he continues to provide great professional service. Park Ave has managed to troubleshoot issues on my 2001 BMW X5 surrounding major oil leaks, major brake fluid loss, aux fan and control module replacements and a check engine light. My X5 has been in 3 different service shops since I have owned it and Park Avenue Service Department is by far the best service I have ever experienced with any dealer ship. Not the other service shops where sub par. It's that Park Avenue is just that much better I feel because Jeff Farhat always takes a personal interest in us. After searching BMW's CPO website I already knew what dealer had what inventory. Out of 8 other BMW dealerships from NC, OHIO, PA, FL, NJ, NY and CT he was the only one to immediately return my call, everyone else was apparently too busy, some even took days. We talked for a while, I even inquired about a more expensive model and was told very honestly about the cars current state, and why it was priced as it was.
