Considering the xxxx I put Francine through, I could not have asked for a better experience. I was fortunate enough to get amazing pricing, along with extremely friendly treatment. At the end of the day, I drove home in a car I love. Everyone worked to do all that they could for one of the best experiences I have had in a car dealership; and I've been to many over the years!
I'm a returning customer for a reason and that has to do with world class service and a feeling that you're dealing with a friend and not someone looking to make money and tell you what you want to hear. I would reccomend Craig Cayetano to everyone anytime. His salemanager Greg is also a pleasure to work with and although I love my new pre owned 535, I look forward to dealing with these men in the future when the time comes. Francine was amazing and very helpful. She made me feel completely at home when buying a car and made the process easy and painless. I had received a coupon for $50 gas card with complimentary service. Around the time when I got this coupon my BMW X3 engine mounts broke and under the certified preowned warranty Park Ave repaired the car. I gave them the $50 gas card coupon which was applied in my bill. This happened last year in June and since then I have called them several times and I every time they tell me a different story. Just picked up our first new BMW X3. Our experience with Francine Barbieri was probably the best experience we have ever had in any car dealership we have ever used.
