Park ave BMW made the usual burdens of shopping for a car non-existent. Brad and Roger were customer friendly, responsive and made me very comfortable I would highly recommend this dealership.

My car needed service to the brakes and the rear washer pump, Larry Weiner was the consultant helping me out. Larry was very friendly and went above and beyond to help with the issues mentioned previously. Larry was very easy to approach and speak too, he was also always available to address my questions/concerns over the phone and in person. Quality of work was excellent, car was repaired and ready to be picked up in a very timely manner. Thank you Park Ave.

Park Avenue BMW offered a great sales experience. Brad Russak made the whole process, from researching car options and prices, to the final pick-up, seem effortless. Questions or concerns were responded to attentively and any requests were expedited. The dealership atmosphere was friendly and professional.

We were treated royally. This is the sixth or seventh BMW we have owned and always used a dealership closer to our Essex County home. Park Ave. BMW was referred to us for service on our already existing BMW, and we were so impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of the service department, that we figured the Sales department should at least equal the service. I recenlty went to Park Ave BMW to service my car and was pleasantly surprised! After dealing with a different BMW dealership that gave me horrible customer service and car issue that wasn't fixed properly, I was relieved to finally find my "Go To" dealership at Park Ave BMW. I came to Park Ave BMW because I researched and found they had the best Sales and Service team in the area. Myself, being from Wayne, NJ, there were other BMW Dealerships that were closer.
