I found the car I wanted at Park Ave BMW on the internet and made an inquiry. Francine called me and we made an appointment to see and test drive that one and another. I recently purchased a CPO BMW from Park Ave BMW. I researched the car through the internet on Cars.com. I was contacted by Francine and everything was negotiated prior to visiting the dealership. Francine was extremely friendly and helpful from before I met her. She was able to get me as close to the price I wanted as possible. I drove 5 1/2 hours to get to park ave and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Francine is great!! She made the car buying experience enjoyable without all the pressuring and hounding you normally get. I will definitely buy my next car at park avenue and I would recommend Francine and park avenue to anyone interested in buying a bmw

It was a pleasure working with Francine. She made my car buying experience comfortable and friendly. She wasn't your typical car salesperson who pushes a car down in your throat so they can make some $$$. Dave was very responsive to my questions and was instrumental in finding a solution to my issue with BMW. He went above and beyond my expectations to make sure I was a satisfied BMW owner. We had been working with Mike Messinger since July, trying to find a replacement car or my 328 which was coming off lease soon. We had already dealt with Mike for two previous cars. His sense of humor and good-naturedness make dealing with him a pleasant experience and make the hassle of car buying a less harrowing burden. I would recommend Steven Mercier if you are in market for a BMW . He was very patient and helped me find the car I was looking for . He made the entire process very smooth and followed up promptly after the purchase, to check everything is to my liking . Also Roger Pic helped me in getting the great financing rates. Steven Mercier worked with me in Dec '12 when I went to Park Ave to trade in my 2007 for a 2010 328i. He was very friendly & helpful and was very prompt in all the dealings.
