Tom Twomey made my first car buying experience a very pleasant one. Although I am not the easiest customer to please, Tom always remained patient and professional via email and in person. He was more attentive and helpful than any other internet client advisor at other dealers. This is the second car that I leased with BMW, but my first time at Park Ave. Service with Steven was off the charts. He located the vehicle that I wanted and made sure everything was perfect. Steven followed up with prompt emails and phone calls even on SUNDAYS and his days off to keep me up to date during the entire process. We worked with Tom, He was very professional and was able to find us a car that had all of the specifics we wanted. He followed up with us promptly on every email. He even personally delivered the car to Manhattan and sat with me to go over the details of our car.
Customer Service: Before scheduling an appointment I reached out to Stephanie Petine to find out if there were any recommended check ups on my used 2004 530i which now had 53,000 miles on it, besides an oil change.
