Wifes car was called in for service. Jim was professional and easy to deal with. The service was quick and easy. I would recommend this location and Jim to anyone looking to service their vehicle.

I have had multiple bmw's and dealt with different advisors each time and spoken to numerous others while searching for the right vehicle and price to meet my budget. Most advisors in general are trying to get the best deal for themselves and their dealership. Hans really is trying to find the best deal for the customer. I have never had an advisor who is as candid, honest and fair in the past decade with BMW. He has changed my opinion of this dealership. He should be employee of the year.
I LIKE TO VISIT THIS SERVICE CENTER BECAUSE THE SERVICE ASSOCIATE MR. CLAUDIO CLARO IS VERY HELPFUL, TRUSTWORTHY AND I FEEL THAT MY CAR IS IN GOOD HANDS. THE FACILITY IS CLEAN AND EVERYONE IS POLITE. COMPARE TO OTHER ASSOCIATES THAT I DEALT WITH MR. CLARO IS THE MOST CARING FOR THE CLIENT'S SATISFACTION AND THE CAR'S SERVICE NEEDS.

Although my time is very limited, I couldn't resist not to write my opinion about Craig and Park Ave. BMW dealer. It's our 1st BMW and with Craig and the rest of team, it was the smoothest experience we ever had with car dealer. Thank you guys, and we're definitely coming back 3 years from now!
There are a lot of BMW dealerships in the area and you'll likely find comparable ones in terms of price however finding a client advisor you can trust is far and few between. Hans Lee is very open about the buying process and doesn't play games regarding possible vehicles or price, he'll also be open and honest about competitors to help you make the best decision for yourself. Very rare to find someone like this in the car buying process so I cannot recommend him more highly if you are in the market for a BMW.
Although not as "flashy" as some dealerships, this was a benefit of going to a place like Park Ave and having a Client Advisor like Brad. He was incredibly attentive, and his uonly concern was finding the right car for me. I truly found a partner through the whole buying experience and not just someone worried about his commission.
Not only is it amazing to have BMW take the hassle out of budgeting to maintain a luxury car, but Park Ave does a great job at respecting ones time. They are fast and offered me a loaner since my service required more time than the usual oil change.
