Speed efficiency and attention to detail and the customer is the focus. Been to other BMW dealer's in NJ, Park Avenue wins. My service advisor is the best I've had, Michael is awesome. Fastest service drop off and pick up in my 15 years as a BMW owner. Literally minutes.

I have driven a BMW for the last 6 years and their cars are excellent. However, I did not feel that way about the dealer who I purchased my X6 from at Park Ave BMW. As soon as I drove off of the lot and he made his commission, he wiped his hands and was done. If I had any questions or concerns, he was never available. The entire staff is helpful and courteous! The facility is clean and very well decorated for the season. It is a comfortable place to visit when the time comes for regular maintenance on my 4 series.
