Just purchased my 2017 440ix couple weeks ago from Park Ave bmw and I have to say the experience was excellent! Hans Lee was the sales rep who helped me and he was simply amazing. He went out of his way to accommodate all my requests to make sure im a happy cusomter. This is my 3rd car from this dealership over the last 5 years and I have to say that the main reason I come back is because a great experience and great sales rep like Hans.
The primary reason we bought our car at Park Ave. BMW was Jack Gomes. His sales approach, personality and knowledge made our purchase stress free and thoroughly satisfying. We would not hesitate in recommending Park Ave BMW and specifically Jack!!

I had a great experience working with Edward to lease my first BMW. It was easy, painless and no pressure. Edward was very quick to respond to my calls and very accommodating to my needs. Thank you Edward! However, I wished that Edward was able to do the closing as well without us working with a new person for the closing. Unfortunately, I felt rushed during closing due to other clients waiting which was disappointing.

Michael King was by far the best car salesman I have ever worked with. I have been a 5 series owner for 20 years and wanted a change. Brad is a "Super Dealer" for sure. He assisted with a lease for my sons 325i & we received nothing but excellent service. He was extremely helpful & very accommodating.
