Edward is very nice and quick with e-mails and phone calls. He is very knowledgeable about BMW. I highly recommend him if anyone looking for car.
I've known Eric for many years and he always takes great care of me and my family. I've found him to be the most professional service representative I've ever dealt with. He always provided accurate estimates as to the times and cost of the work and materials. I have no complaints with my service representative Eric, he knows my vehicle inside and out. I have a 2006 330 CI and he treats it the same way he would treat a brand new vehicle. All the reps are Good but Eric is the best!
Previous experience with your dealership was not nearly as terrific as this one was.....In fact, it was so bad that I walked out and bought 2 BMW's from another dealership 6 years ago.......The last time we bought a BMW from your dealership, I had a better experience 3 years ago. Edward was a professional in every aspect of the car buying experience. He is honest, direct and genuine. I will certainly work with Edward again when its time for my next BMW. I appreciated his candor and down to earth style...no pretentiousness.
It is a pleasure working with Chris. He is thorough and customer service oriented. During the time when my vehicle remained in your shop, he kept me informed along the way. I value his professional advice. I still come back for service despite of the fact I have moved out of this area.
