Chris has been great since day one. Anytime I had a situation with my vehicle with issues on parts on the inside of the vehicle or out he would make sure that it was taken care of immediately. He played by my rules, no pressure. BMW was one of the first cars I looked at. I walked in for a brief overview. Told him up front I'm not buying today, but promised him if I chose BMW, I would come back to him. I almost leased Mercedes, he asked what it would take to get me in a BMW. I told him and we quickly came to an agreement. Picked the car up 2 days later. Everything as promised.
Brad was a pleaser to deal with from beginning to end. From the straightforward and honest negotiation process through delivery. Will certainly use him again.

Ed was as wonderful a salesman as one could expect from BMW. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and chilled-out when I kept calling him to see if my six-speed orange-red baby had arrived. On top of that, Ed was honest to the point of Sainthood when he was willing to risk the sale by asking me if I'm sure that I wanted a rear-wheel ride (knowing I live in the mountains of upper New York State). I have leased a 3 BMW's from Park Ave BMW. My experience with this dealer, and especially my salesman Mike Messinger and my BMW Genius, Chris Palma, has made the transaction of leasing a new car enjoyable and stress free. Everything was taken care of in a professional way from leasing the car to the delivery. As long as I am leasing BMW's, I will never go anywhere else.
