This was my first time dealing with Brad and it was another pleasant experience. He was very friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable of the car. I have a 2011 x5 that i recently purchased and had a slight issue with the strut on my trunk. Brought in and spoke with Claudio Claro and made it seem like everything was all good.
