Jonathan was very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. It was a challenge purchasing a vehicle over the phone, and in a hurry. Johnathan helped my wife and I expedite the process, and helped us to make decisions without being able to be present. Christine was most helpful in working with us on our purchase of a VERY lightly 'used' 2013 BMW 5 series. She was able to get information to us quickly on the features of the car as well as working out a good trade for our current BMW. Finally, she was very generous with her time offering to drive the car to Nashville to meet us. This saved us over 4 hours of drive time for the transaction! The actual sale paperwork was very fast and easy. We will definitely contact her the next time we are in the market.

Wow is all I can say about BMW of Chattanooga! I bought my 2007 CPO in 08 and Tyde knocked it out of the park. I never once felt pressured or rushed. Tyde was trustworthy and honest! I will definitely purchace my next car or SUV from BMW of Chattanooga!
Brian was truthful and well informed about the vehicle he sold us, even though it was not a BMW. He took his time and energy to make the whole experience at the dealership a good one.
Bith Nik and Lebron were excellent to deal with. They make my buying experience a pleasure. The customer service is top notch. They made my wife and son comfortable while getting my car ready.
