I had a 2002 BMW 330CI that needed a lot of work done on it and it had over 148,000 miles on it. I really wanted to trade for another BMW, even another used one but newer model. There just wasn't anything available that I could afford. But Christine took the initiave and asked if there was any other car I would consider. I mentioned the VW. I had a great experience with Tyde Mcintosh and BMW of Chattanooga. I was able to get a fair price with great customer service. The entire experience was top notch and I would highly recommend them.
My salesman Jonathan Lickliter was very helpful. He made sure I got the vehicle I wanted especially since I bought a Hyundai and hated it not too long ago. He helped me pick out the perfect BMW. He was very friendly and made my car buying process as easy as possible. He also does follow up calls to insure that you are still happy. When we walked into the dealership, we were automatically taken care of without a wait. While the process of buying the vehicle took time, we were always treated with respect and hospitality. We appreciated the kindness the dealership bestowed upon us and they made the process as easy as possible on us.
