Very supportive and responsive. I live in Nashville and bought the car by phone and pictures that Brian sent. I thought the price was about $1000 high.

Extremely friendly sales staff. Their attitude toward me is one of the main reasons that I bought a car from BMW of Chattanooga instead of a competitor that seemed disinterested in my business. I have been by the dealership after the sale and the staff is still just as friendly and pleasant as before the sale. Other customers have also highly recommended them to me. Yes, I do recommend this dealership to other potential buyers.

Very professional, friendly and they didnt seem to mind that they were having to lock up a couple hours later than normal. Do know if I like the no haggle price, but we got a fair deal. This is our first experience with this dealer and if they keep up the good work it wont be our last.

I have always been a fan of BMW. In 2008 I purchased a new 535i from BMW of Chattanooga. I was treated very well by the dealership and the sales and management personnel. When I was ready to purchase another car I returned to BMW of Chattanooga. I e-mailed an inquiry about new inventory and Christine Dumas answered my request immediately.
