Service on BMW 335ix I have been taking my 2011 BMW 335ix to Bill Jacobs for several years now and have NEVER been disappointed. Although I might be able to find a lower price from an independent shop, I don't believe it is worth it in the long run given the complexities of these cars (note, I do change the oil and filter on the car myself, however). I will continue to support this dealership because of the quality of their service.
