Daniel Dolce Daniel allowed us to look around without any pressure. He later gently approached us to see how he can help. He listened to our needs and re-clarified question/concerns we had. He finally got us in the vehicle for a test drive. During the drive he explained the various features, focusing on safety, which was a priority for my wife and I and our kids. Pricing negotiations went as expected with any purchase but in the end we were happy with the experience.

My used car purchasing experience My buying experience was very good, purchased the car remotely and everything went great. The car was ready when I arrived to pick it up. The communication with my sales representative Kelly Dunku both by phone and email was prompt.

My used car experience We we're looking for a used car. Bill Jacobs had multiple selections that fit our requirements. After test driving a few, we settled on a low mile 2015 X3. Not the normal used car experience.
