Great experience I had a great experience at Bill Jacobs. Kelly Donku provided excellent customer service making sure the car I wanted to test drive was available and ready when I arrived. Once I decided I wanted to purchase she did a great job trying to get me through the process as quickly as possible even though it was one of their busiest days of the year as she knew I had driven over 2 hours to get there and she did not want me to have to drive back another day. Go see Kelly I had a great buying experience last year when I purchased my 2013 BMW 535i. I had visited Bill Jacob's numerous times within the year prior to purchase and Kelly was always patient and willing to help. I went in this particular time to kick some tires and take a couple of test drives. As usual, Kelly was very helpful and of course I fell in love with the car and thought "what the hell, let's make a deal!" I will definitely be back in a few years to visit her for my next purchase. Excellent Customer Service... I was immediately greeted by Janine Perry when I arrived at the dealership. Janine was very friendly and extremely helpful,...and was very prompt to answer any questions that I had regarding my car. I feel that she went above and beyond to go out of her way for me,...which is something that you don't see everyday!
outstanding service Janine Perry has always greeted me with the biggest smile and welcome when I bring my car in to Bill Jacbos BMW. Irregardless of what I am coming in for (usually it's the free car wash) Janine is super friendly and always shows concern for my visit. When I bring my car in for service she is extremely efficient, professional and diligent in helping me. Her customer service skills are outstanding! I look forward to seeing her when I arrive as I know she will take great care of me.
Almost perfect The overall process was very smooth and the sales associate was in communication as expected. I was disappointed that the dealership did not elect to fix an exterior door handle so the door would open.
Quick Fix Stopped in on a time constraint and had my bulb fixed within minutes. Jeff H. was awesome at explaining the timeline for the repair and got me out of there ASAP as promised.
Great experience with Bill Jacobs BMW and Bill Ear Loved my BMW 328i so much after leasing it for 3 years that I bought it. Bill Earnest made it so easy! Price was right, paperwork all ready to go and Bill gave me an update on ongoing maintenance, service and warranties. Worth it to drive 60 miles to work with Bill.
