1st BMW Experience Car buying is not an activity that I enjoy any longer however, I thought that the Staff at Bill Jacobs made it about as painless as possible. My Sales Rep (John D) was young but did a credible job and stayed with me as I took my time deciding on the Car that I wanted. I would recommend this dealership to buy a car from - I have not visited the service department yet.

SERVICE CLINIC SPECIAL Visited Bill Jacobs BMW to take advantage of the free car clinic special. My advisor, Jeff H. took good care of me from start to finish. I always like to review the condition of my 550i while it's up on a lift. Mike, the Service Mgr. does a through job both under the hood and underneath the vehicle. I got the free nitrogen tire fill and window water repellent free as well. First time BMW purchase I had my first solo car buying experience when I recently purchased my X1 from Bill Jacobs. I was treated fairly and never felt pressured into a vehicle or added services. I took my time and I couldn't be more pleased with the purchase. My sales person did an excellent job of communicating and following through with the details of my transaction.
