New car purchase Ordered a new 540i in late April and car was delivered in late June. I worked with Kwaku Bentil in sales and it was a pleasure working with him throughout the process. He kept me informed all the way through, sending emails or calling me with updates. This was my second purchase from Bill Jacobs and I was very pleased with the experience. Excellent service from start to finish.

Best Service in Chicagoland! My husband and I absolutely love Bill Jacobs! We have a 2003 X 5, which we bought in 2009 from a private owner. We were hooked on BMW'S ever since! Great Experience I have dealt with Bill Earnest and Kwaku Bentil for sales. They both have been fantastic and very professional. My service advisors have been Mo Ali, and Deanna DeCarlo when Mo is not around. Again, their professionalism has been great. I will continue purchasing BMW's and have them serviced at Bill Jacobs.

Great Experience Kelly Donku was very helpful in answering all my questions about the car. I live in chicago and at the time I still had my other car, she set up a drop off for my new car over to chicago, so I don't have to get a friend to drive me to Naperville. Overall it was a great experience.
