Repair Very good experience at Bill Jacobs BMW. My vehicle was dropped off and repaired all in the same day. Alex Flinn in service was really thorough and honest.

Buying my first BMW I had an excellent buying experience from Bill Jacobs BMW. My Client Advisor Harry Gianos made me feel like home and was very helpful answering my questions and finding the right X1 for me. Mark Kanter the sales manager did his best to give me a good deal and help me with my trade in. Best car buying experience so far!

Repair I had my water pump replaced at Bill Jacobs BMW not to long ago. The service consultant Alex Flinn was exceptional. The cost of repair was fair and feel excited to be back out on the road. Great work.

Great staff make for great buying experience. As with any car dealership, the professionalism and coordination of the team can make or break the buyer's experience. Exceptional Customer Service I just bought a 2021 BMX X7 M50i from this dealership. Its my sixth new vehicle lease/purchase from them in the past 14 years. They are a superb shop that takes great care of their customers. And Nick Pandola, who has been involved with most of those purchases, always is fair in dealing and goes out of his way to make sure we are taken care of. I would highly recommend Nick and this dealership.
