Richard Strickland , Service Manager, politely greeted me as I made my way to the waiting room. My car was finished expediently. Overall experience excellent. Thank you

My sales person was Nic Brown. He was very knowledgeable regarding the BMW 428i Sport Coupe. He provided me with exceptional customer service from beginning to the end of my new BMW purchase experience. He represented BMW of Towson well and with competence.

Getting ones car serviced is never an exciting event, especially when it is in the middle of the summer and it is for the air conditioning not functioning properly. I called my advisor and let him know my problem. He told me to come in. I dropped off my car and there was a loaner waiting for me in the bay. I was in and out in approx. 5 minutes. walked in to test drive a 2013 that we saw on line, manager set us up with Ric, we asked to compare the 2013 with a 2014 after test drive, and Ric was most helpful in finding something very much what we wanted. He took care of all the details in trying to match what we wanted to spend. Couldn't have been nicer or professional in how our deal was handled!

I have been a long time customer of bmw of Towson and my daughter is niw one as well . I keep returning there to purchase cars due certain individuals in the service department and mike McCormick is one of them I fact usually the only ine I gi to and send my daughter to! He gives over100% to us each and every visit !! Makes sure everything is thorough and taken care of in every way ! He is trust worthy, caring a friend and puts his Vustomer and their best interest first , always !!!

I slammed into a pothole at BWI airport and was running late for a flight. Had to ditch my car in the long term parking lot with a flat tire. Jim assured me to not worry and the car would be ready when I returned. He was right! He towed it out of there and replaced the tire so I didn't have to worry on my vacation. Awesome service!

My experience with BMW Towson has always been fantastic. My most recent visit, when I was facing a pretty major (read $$$) list of repairs, Jim went above and beyond to not only get the work done in a timely manner (and to the usual excellent standards), but also (without being asked) made an effort to find whatever discounts could apply to make the final bill a little more palatable. This man has amazing customer service skills. He is courteous, helpful, and takes great care of his customers. I forgot to mention kind. He always explains the problem and how it was taken care of. Any dealership will be lucky to have him. I truly hope he stays for many years at Towson BMW.

I own a 2011 BMW X3 xDrive35i - custom ordered the Spring of 2011. Since I took delivery almost 4 years ago, BMW of Towson's Service Center has taken care of everything for my vehicle. Mike McCormack has been my advisor for years now and has always made sure everything is taken care of. He is very knowledgeable regarding BMW vehicle repairs & maintenance, taking the time to answer all my questions, and just as important, he is very honest. I've recommended Mike to family that recently purchased a BMW.
