"Had an appt to repair a safety recall. I was taken on..." Had an appt to repair a safety recall. I was taken on time. They provided a Lyft ride so that I could attend my appointment. My car was ready when they said it would be.

"First time purchase" My experience with Bryon on the sales team was great. However other interactions with sales management was unprofessional and not customer service oriented at all.

An older 325 sedan was towed in because it didn't start, according to it's elderly owner, my mother. On arrival at the dealership it did start. The service department proceeded to (1) write up the towing bill by 50% and (2) present nearly $2000 worth of unnecessary items it recommended -- half the car's value, perhaps. Including four tires costing twice the price of Tire Rack, and with low reviews to boot. This dealership does not stand behind their product. In addition their service department overcharges plus is non responsive to factory recalls. Owner is totally unhelpful and as a result will never buy a BMW again.

My husband came in this place looking to trade in his BMW. We started looking at cars on the lot for about 20 mins, no one came out. Then we went inside to see if we could get some help, there was at least 4 people inside talking to each other. My husband was like is there someone that can help me with a question? Your goal or motto is to treat everyone so it is the best experience possible. That was not the way I was treated. I would not recommend this dealership or service department.

Purchased three certified pre-owned vehicles from this dealership. The last one was a disappointment as we identified certain problems soon after our purchase that of course weren't covered by warranty. We then purchase the extended service contract to help but wound up trading the vehicle for a new Lexus. Tried to cancel our extended service contract for a refund but after six weeks of waiting for our refund found that you can only cancel and obtain a refund before you sell or trade the vehicle. My wife has bought two cars from this dealership and has had all the service on both done there as well. On her first BMW, a 528xi, she bought the tire replacement warranty. However, after a year they said they would no longer replace the tires on schedule, but would honor the warranty when the tires needed to be replaced. I received an email from a person from telling me my vehicle alerted them it was due for service soon, I tried to schedule to get a loaner an was told they do.not give out loaner cars for the service is less then 2 hours, then I asked for drop and pick up service but apparently that is not offered. I first time I was in for serice I was told 45 minutes and was there for 4 hours, the reason we bought a second bmw was for the loaner serice because I didn't have time to wait around or for the pick up service I had with my last ... read more
