We just purchased our third vehicle from Towson BMW. Ric Vitek and Bo Brand provided top notch service and a white glove experience. They spent time helping us work through whether to lease again, purchase another certified pre-owned, or purchase a new vehicle. We custom ordered a vehicle, it arrived in a timely manner & is just beautiful. Towson BMW has a great service department & the overall experience couldn't be better. I have been a Towson BMW customer for almost 10 years, when I began to take my 2000 323 there for service. Their service department is superlative, and Kris Kauserud is absolutely without peer in terms of client service and knowledge of BMWs. Peter was very friendly and helped me pick the BMW X3 that was right for me. I got a fair price for my trade and my purchase. I had my own financing, but Tom and Alison the F&I people helped me get a better deal that included two years free maintenance.

I had a great experience leasing a new 2011 BMW 335 xdrive sedan from BMW of Towson. My salesperson was Bill Kasper and not only did he give me a good price on the car, but did a great job navigating me through the process and following up after the purchase. Also, the dealership itself is an impressive facility (lots of loaners and service with no appt!). Id highly reccommend them.
Bill was very friendly, and helpful in selecting a car and getting me the most value for the dollar. He helped me look at cars they had available, and then helped me select the options that would be best for me, and order one made for me. He understood all the features, and spent a lot of time with me, helping customize each feature to my liking. He never made me feel pressured, and it was a great experience. I would recommend him to others looking at BMW's.
Every time i deal with bmw of towson i an greeted with the most professional efficient parts staff in the state of maryland. The men of the parts dept go above and beyond, for me every day. Sean little is dedicated to perfection and i appreciate the fine job he does. Scott the manager is the oil that keeps the dept running. Honestly, the level of service is unbelievable at Towson BMW. The staff is terrific and my experience has prompted my family members to consider buying a BMW. I did not have an appointment but the service department really helped me out! The top on my z4 would not go back up and they were very accommodating. This service department is terrific!
