Towson BMW has incredible people working to take care of you and your vehicle. We have had nothing but positive experiences with the Service folks there. Our Service Advisor, Jeremy Wojcik, always has our best interest in mind and gives his 110% to address our needs. He goes above and beyond to make the diffference. Very professional operation. I wouldn't even consider going somewhere else for BMW service. They have thought of all the customer service details that make the experience comfortable. The work itself has never been an issue. People seemed genuinely concerned that my experience is pleasant and my service has value. And most importantly, they provide free bagels and coffee.
My service advisor Stephane Grabina was very helpfull and answered all of my questions. I am aware that I paid a premium for my services but I shopped around and found that compared to other dealers in the area they where more than reasonable. I value certain things and one of them is convenience I pay for premium service I drive a premium car and I expect premium service and premium service is what I recieved including a BMW loaner car and a complimentary car wash and vacuum.
I had my M3 in for an alignment which was completed to my specs in a timely fashion. My car was promptly returned. No complaints! Bill in parts has always been very helpful. He is always friendly, takes time to make sure I'm getting the parts I need and always gives me the best prices. He's active in the local BMW Club and has made a name for himself as a quality guy. Towson BMW is top notch!
Last year, armed with internet based info, got an acceptable deal on a Euro delivery 330i, with only a minimum of pointless (on his part) negotiation attempts from the sales manager. Everything went like clockwork, had a fantastic time in Europe, and the car arrived at Towson as predicted. Do NOT take your car here for service! I have had nothing but bad experiences over the last 2 years. Last Dec, I took my wife’s car in for basic maintenance check, and they told me it needed new tires. I only had 10k miles on it! I took it to a tire shop, and they said the tires were in great shape, just needed to be rotated. The BMW Towson tried to charge me $1500 for new tires! Then today, I took the car in again for maintenance. My wife booked the appointment online two weeks ago, and this was the earliest date available.... read more

"Thought that car would at least had a vacuumed and..." Thought that car would at least had a vacuumed and internal wipe of surfaces maybe outside wash but it was raining Has been done in the past

"Away on vacation, tires wouldn’t hold air, took to a BMW..." Away on vacation, tires wouldn’t hold air, took to a BMW dealer in Delaware they told us the cracks in the wheel wouldn’t be covered. Able to get it home took it to Towson BMW, they took care of wheels only head to pay $50 deductible. Trust worthy service department
