BMW of Towson is a great dealership that cares. I will keep buying there as long as I'm breathing and driving! I have referred friends, family, and colleagues and they are all very happy with the dealership and David Borum too.

David Borum a very attentive, responsive and knowledgeable saleman. Second Euro delivery went as smoothly as the first. Really wanted me to be satisfied. Kept me posted on progress and worked through delivery date, options, and other details smoothly. I make a point of asking for him and have recommended him.

I have purchased several cars from David Borum over the years - following him to Towson BMW from his days at Russel BMW. I have continually been impressed with David's product knowledge and his ability to clearly explain new functionality and technology on the cars. David goes above and beyond his sales function duties - many times helping me schedule a service appointment and ensuring I am satisfied with the service work. Over the past 10 years my family has purchased several BMW's and referred numerous others to David Borum. He is the only call I make when it's time for a new car. As an enthusiast myself it can be challenging to find someone who shares my knowledge and passion for cars. I was welcomed by every employee. Each employee was generous, kind and informative. Bill took the time to explain features of the car for me and answered all the questions I had. I will certainly visit them again for my next BMW purchase and refer friends and family! Extremely happy customer!

I love my 2013 BMW X3 and had a great experience working with Rob Phelps. He took the time to help me decide between a certified pre-owned vehicle and a new vehicle, based on my wants and future needs. He even took the time to figure out what my monthly payment would be on a top import brand versus the BMW. He was careful to explain the options available to me and I never felt pressured, rushed or hassled. He even came to my house and picked me up when my vehicle was ready for pick up. I worked with Jose Vielma and he was pretty fantastic. A totally different car-buying experience. He's quite an asset to the dealership. Jose is friendly, non-pushy, incredibly knowledgable about BMWs, and most importantly, patient to a nervous 1st-time BMW buyer. He also helped me get a great deal. I just bought my 3rd car from BMW of Towson on Friday. I already adored this dealership...but my most recent experience took it to a new level.
