I had a very positive experience with Jack. He was very professional and answered any questions we had. He took care of everything including picking me up from the train station on the day I picked up the car. I financed part of the purchase with BMW and their rate was very competitive. I would recommend BMW of Ridgefield and Jack.
I live within ten minutes of a BMW dealership. After doing my homework, I decided to purchase a new BMW, the closest proximity dealership never even responded to my inquiries. Ridgefield did, set up appointment, test drive, ordering, financing and trade in. Jack Polman is truly a wonderful salesman, listening to your needs and did not let me settle for a car in the lot, we ordered to my specifications. I will be taking my service to this dealership too. Now my husband wants a BMW and we will be back to see Jack.
Great place with nice friendly staff and the quality of cars is one of the best I’ve seen. I would recommend this dealership and would be a returning customer if I decide trade my car in or just purchase a new one.

James helped me from start to finish with the process of closing out the lease on my old BMW and the purchase of my new BMW. He was very knowledgable in all aspects of the sales process as well as being very friendly and easy to work with. We completed the entire transaction on the spot and I had my new car a few days later. I would recommend both James and BMW of Ridgefield.
