I went to this dealership to look for my first BMW. I was introduced to James right away and he was very dedicated to finding exactly what I wanted and finding the best deal that could work for me. He was very friendly and an excellent sales associate. I would absolutely refer people to this dealership and especially to James.
BMW of Ridgefield was a pleasure to work with buying our new BMW X50i. The salesman, Jack Polman is one of the best auto sales persons that we have ever experienced. Not only did the have they best prices around but his attention to detail and service was exceptional. We will continue to come back to Jack for our future BMW purchases.

Overall, I had a great experience at Ridgefield BMW, and this is why I have rated them with a 5. James was very friendly and very helpful. I knew that I loved the car right away, but James helped me feel comfortable with going ahead with the buy. I left with all of the knowledge and information that I needed because James and his team walked me through not only the financials, but how to use every button and every feature, to fully understand and be able to enjoy my new car!
I had a great experience since my first visit at BMW of Ridgefield, even though they had closed for the day, David provide me key information and answered all my questions, so I didn’t hesitated to go back next day. I recently traded my 2004 BMW 545i for a 2007 BMW 550i from BMW of Ridgefield. My experience there was very pleasant. Even though the car I bought was used, when I received the car it looked like it came off of the showroom floor! All of the staff there are courteous, friendly and extremely knowlageable about the fine cars they are selling.
