After Honda refused to sell me a car claiming my credit was not good enough for a lease, I went to Momentum BMW because I was refered by two people to see Khalil. He gave me the experience the referals bragged about and much more. He and Momentum exceded my expectations. I can not imagine me and my daughter in any other vehicle from any other dealership. Momentum BMW and Khalil with continue to get our business in the future.
After contacting the internet sales department to get a quote on a new X3 I got an email quoting an X5. I called and was told that I would get a new quote. Another day and no quote. Emailed and called again and was told she would talk to the manager about a price. Another day and no response. Called without a return call. If you don't know anything about cars then go ahead and go with LR. He literally just repeats whatever is in the manual and won't know anything else about the car. Might as well put a 12 year old kid in a suit and have him read the car manual to you (in fact, that might be more exciting). Car knowledge aside, he just wants to make the sale no matter what...even if what he sells you is not as advertised. My experience today with you company was awful. After driving from Clear Lake to your location LR Vela did not know what car I was interested in, where the care was located or if you still had the car. I received 2 confirmation calls for this appointment plus a text message. 20minutes in, since it appeared that Mr. Vela was not prepared for this well-orchestrated test drive, I asked to reschedule the appointment. I purchased a 2011 Mercedes E350 Convertible (a 54k car) that had been brought into the dealership less than 48 hours before I drove it off the lot. Horrible experience at this dealership. We went to this dealership to lease a new 750Li. After deciding on the vehicle, which we were told was on site, we came back the next day to finalize the deal. The salesperson we had met with during our initial visit (JB) told us that he would not be there the next day but introduced us to the person (RM) who would be taking care of us the next day. Momentum BMW has to be the worst BMW service facility not only in Houston but probably the whole country. In what has turned out to be a nightmare experience, we find it shocking that they can get away with this despite being an insurance-paid claim service. From day 1, we had a bad experience with Momentum. Never once was a written estimate provided to us on WHAT was wrong, HOW long it will take to fix and WHEN can we expect to get our car back. in 2010 I purchased a Z4 Roadster. As a happy consumer I trusted the dealership wold not sell me something that was less than BMW standards. Recently, I thought I might sell my roadster and pulled into one large box re-sellers to get a quote. Much to my surprise they told me that the entire side of the car had been repainted and that the information did not show up on the CarFax. First of all, I will say I got a good deal on a 3 series that was sold as a Certified Pre Owned BMW, ha. Well after about 4 months my car overheats, two days after it was out of the shop for routine maintenance(oil change, steering column fluid, brake fluid, parking brake).
