"Easy!!" It's always so easy to work with this dealership. I typically work with Josh, but even in his absence this time everything went perfectly. They are very accommodating and professional.

"Good customer service " I took my car to get detailed, and because they were not able to complete the job to my satisfaction they didn’t make me pay anything!
"Unsurpassed customer service" My son purchased a late model Audi from another dealer. Within two weeks he had a problem which would prevent him from restarting the car after 600 miles. The dealer referred to the closest Audi dealer who told him they were booked for over a week. I called Ken Lentz at Park Place who simply said “we are booked too but bring it in tomorrow morning and we will get on it right away” Ken even arranged the use of a brand new car until the job was complete.
"Excellent " I was very impressed with Kevin and the whole team. They were very accommodating to my needs. I was able to be driven and picked up while my car was being serviced with no waiting. Kevin did an excellent job of providing me with all the concerns I had requested to be looked at while my car was serviced.
"new Car purchase" I found what I wanted in the online inventory, was contacted immediately and scheduled a visit to see the vehicle. Megan put me in touch with Sam who did a great job showing me the vehicle and coordinated the purchase for me. He did a nice job showing me the car features.
"Great service " Very quick and efficient- easy in and out, no time wasted!!!! This was the first service for our new VW Atlas- overall very satisfied with our car and service. VW forever 😀
