"Regular service call" Kevin was great. He proactively set up my warranty repair when I hadn’t thought of it. And when the time was going to be longer because of it, he got me a loaner to get by until it was done.
"New tires" Kevin and everyone I talked to were great to work with. Every time I bring my vehicle in, Kevin has been the best. Very accommodating!

Our experience at the service department has always been positive: Professional and courteous, we have never been disappointed. We’d like to single out the BMW Master Tech Jeff, whose skills, knowledge, and experience we have always relied on, and service advisor, Kevin Pose, who always returns our phone calls in a timely manner, and answer our questions fully. "Service visit" Kevin was great. The experience was pleasant from start to finish. There was no attempt to upsell. In fact I asked if an extra oil change would be beneficial. Kevin checked the mileage and gave me an honest recommendation, avoiding an extra charge.
"Oil change" The staff are friendly and professional and provide excellent service. They work efficiently so there's minimal waiting time, and they keep you informed during the entire process. Prompt follow up after service to make sure everything went well and check to see if you have any questions.
"Purchasing a car by myself for the first time ever!" DJ was easy to work with. The whole process of purchasing a vechile was quick and painless. I had never purchased a vehicle all by myself before and it was an easy process, which is exactly what I wanted
