"Service was fast and friendly" Staff was courteous and fast. Check was very efficient. When everything was done they even pulled my car up for me. Making service appointments is fast and easy.
"Helpful and Kind" I showed up just before closing just after a blowout on the highway. Jeff attempted to find a replacement that evening, but couldn't. He was on it bright and early the next day. Thanks!

"Polite, friendly and helpful!!" Annual service appointment. Everything that was to be done was explained to me and asked for any questions. As the technician was taking the car in, he noticed a problem. Mac called me to explain and if I wanted to go ahead with that repair. He also called back when they realized what it was and explained and asked if I wanted to go ahead with that repair ( which I did). "Service completely " Dropped off vehicle in for service after ordered parts arrived. Was contacted when it was discovered that one part was painted incorrectly. Informed that they could still complete the repair that day but need a little more time. They scheduled a later shuttle appointment for me and all worked out well. They were able to still compete the repair the same day with only a couple additional hours.

"Great personal service." Always ready to check my car in, even with regular service manager out. Waited for car in guest lounge, which always had good coffee and snacks available.
"Outstanding as always. " This place does an outstanding job. The work is completed on time and at a fair price. They have an appropriate threshold for recommending work that needs to be done, but they never recommend unnecessary work. Also, they are always ready to help with non-revenue generating assistance such as topping off the tires on a cold day. I can’t say enough good things about Park Place.
