We bought a used car from a different dealer on Thanksgiving weekend. unfortunately we had nothing but problems with it. I called Park Place Motors on Monday morning to see if we could have the car looked at and they informed me it would be Wednesday before they could get to it. I dropped it off on Monday morning and Monday evening I got a surprise call the it had been repaired and was a ready to be picked up. "Great Service"

I was looking for a vehicle and decided to look in Rochester since a medical visit was taking me there. Their website was easy to use and all of the information was clearly listed. I emailed for more information and Ron was very prompt in responding. When I arrived, the vehicle was even better than expected. Rob found a better rate than what I had for financing and everything was done very quickly. It was a great experience dealing with Park Place and I will definitely do it again!

We dealt with several dealers in The Twin Cities and were put off by the overall condescending attitude regarding their products and pricing. We had looked at Park Place Motors online but were concerned it was too good to be true and we would have to wait longer to get a car vs "the Mega Big City Dealers". I leased a Kia Sportage and have been very pleased.Sam was very helpful in explaining everything about the car and the Lease. After riding in my husband's daughters Kia several months ago, we were very impressed with the whole package. We knew we wanted to buy, but not sure what. I've driven Chevy's for a long time. Almin is the best car salesperson I've ever dealt with. I've been working with him for several months to find just the right car for me and he's been kind, patient, and very helpful in evaluating different makes/models to fit my needs and desires. Almin was very courteous, knowledgable & helpful. We did have to wait way to long to meet the finance person just to give him a check & sign off of paper work. It took over 2 hours and no fault of Almin, to just give finance a check . All the vehicles we have purchased we have never encountered such a wait to just sign off. Almin was probably the better salesman we have ever dealt with I must stress. Very sincere & I would refer others to him. Sincerely, Greg & Sharon
