I had great service when purchasing my car. I did not feel pressured in any way and Sam Castelli was very knowledgable with all the vehicles I was looking at. He was very patient and helpful with all my questions. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Park Place Motors. One thing I would suggest, is when you finally leave with your purchased vehicle, is that the gas tank be filled. The car is cleaned and ready to go, but I did not have a full gas tank. I ended up leasing a 2014 VW GTI Driver's Edition. James Taylor was awesome! He was very professional, knowledgeable and helped to make the whole experience a lot of fun and stress-free. Serivce performed on time and efficiently. Called once car was ready. Only issue was car was not washed. Employee who delivered took it back to wash but left the car running in the lot without informing me!!
Needed a battery. They were busy, but squeezed us in and installed it in 1&1/2 hours! We were stuck on our way back to Indiana. The excellent service from Park Place was really appreciated! They were friendly and realized how much we needed to have the vehicle to be serviced. Thank you Park Place for the outstanding service!

Staff was very easy to work with. Sam spent over an hour with me going over all the features of my new Tiguan. I would recommend Sam and the dealership to friends and family.
Jon was so great to work with. No pressure nice guy. Little disappointed that I needed an oil change right away, high beams are way off, and I waited 10 minutes for the service guy to fill the tank half full. Better service on car would have been nice but Jon was great.
My wife and i bought a new Audi Q5 and we have to say it was a great experience, Erik Jensen and the crewl answered our many questions and in the end made it a very pleasant process. In addition his willingness to have us return to see him or others there is vey reassuring. We have in the past and will continue to recommend this dealership to all our friends
