My wife and I recently leased a KIA Optuma at Park Place Motors and had a wonderful experience. Almin Alisa was GREAT to work with. Super nice guy, very helpful and knowledgable about his profession. We would highly recommend him to anyone. Park Place Motors is lucky to have such a fine employee. Robert Benson also made us feel at home with his upbeat attitude and helped us with our transaction just like we were old friends. Rochester is so lucky to have such a fine auto dealership!!
Me and my wife had a wonderful experience visiting the dealership, and especially with Narcisa. Narcisa was very skilled in helping us decide on the car model. She was very accommodating and responsive to our needs, and was prompt on informing us about the car models and on locating the cars that help us reach a decision to buy the Jetta!!

She helped us get a new kia soul and she knows what she is talking about and how she could help us. Over all it was a great experience dealing with her, we love how she helped us and our new car I would recommend her to anyone I know that is looking for a new car.
I bought my first BMW with the help of Paul Cushman and he mad the whole process very easy. All the staff were friendly and helpful during the buying process. I am very happy with my purchase and look forward to working with Paul in the future.

We have never owned a Kia before. After working with Almin and Rochester Kia, I would highly recommend both to anyone! Almin was very professional, patient, and knowledgable. He discreetly helped us successfully surprise our daughter with her new car, including the big red bow, balloons, and paint on the windshield! We spent a total of 45 minutes including drive time, paperwork, and final possession. We have never been treated so well in over 20 car purchases at Chevy, Ford, Toyota, and Suburu dealerships! Narcisa was very helpfully when I came into the dealership. It was close to closing time and she didn't rush to get done on time even though I told her I wasn't buying anything that night. She still went through the options that were available in the Kia Soul, which is the vehicle I was interested. Before I left we made an appointment.
