From the initial phone contact to schedule the service, through the payment and delivery, the experience was excellent. My somewhat tight schedule was accommodated, they provided a ride and pick up, and washed the car. I will use Park Place again, if and when I am in need of service and in the area. Overall, the experience was as good as or better than other Audi/VW dealers I have dealt with.
Our overall experience at Park Place Motors in Rochester was excellent. We were very impressed by their prompt responses to all of our questions and handled our service needs very professionally and exceptionally. We would recommend anyone looking for a new or used BMW to shop here. Jenna was an outstanding sales representative. She was dedicated to our customer satisfaction and was not pushy. This was our first BMW purchase, and we are already thinking of purchasing again!
Very professional and curteous. I brought my car in to diagnose an oil leak and they were able to do that plus after speaking with me fix it that day.

Excellent service. Work done on my care was done in a timely fashion and they even gave me a loaner :) Price is about the same as my old repair person who I am leaving to have the service done now by Park Place Motors. They stand by their work
I recently purchased a 2013 Volkswagon Passat with 8,000 miles on it. This qualified it as a used car and I got a tremendous deal! No pressure and lots of information to help me make my decision.
