Jeff Bradshaw (Service) made a referral for us to see Almin Alisa (Sales) regarding our purchase of a new Beetle Convertible. Jeff also provided a "loaner" while acquiring the new car from another dealer. Almin was very helpful throughout the entire sales process. Overall, this was a great experience!
I had an appointment for re-call service. I was told it would take about an hour. They were ready for my car when I got there and they finished in an hour as promised. I was pleasantly surprized that they also did an inspection on my car and even washed it!
Karen was very helpful and knowledgable. I had no intention of buying a car that day but i was so pleased with everything that karen did and the dealership I thought why not? I love love love my Kia Forte and I would recommend anyone to go to Park Place Motors to buy a car!!!
Shopped locally in the Twin Cities and online for an Audi Q5. Found several at Park Place Motors, called the dealership, and received callback from Johh Faruolo who was very responsive and very pleasant to deal with. Drove down to Rochester the same day to purchase and pick up vehicle. John was great onsite and getting paperwork complete. He thoroughly explained and demonstrated the features of the car to us. We had an excellent experience in our first purchase from Park Place Motors.
