When they finally brought her back to the dealership, the key they made didnt work, and they couldn't make it work. After another hour of them working on the key, my wife had to leave, taking the damaged key with her. "Oil change with appointment took 3 hoiurs. Then they..." Oil change with appointment took 3 hoiurs. Then they scared me with a possible coolant leak having me come back. Again a 3 hour wait with an appointment. Then they find noyhing and try to charge me $110 when it was their suggestion to find nothing. Service Manager waived it. Glad they are moving outside the city limits so I can easier make a choice for a quality Ford rep.

"2011/F-150/Headlight bulb replacement" Went to the dealership with the hopes of having the "Driverside" headlight low beam bulb replaced. Also hoping that it could be done that afternoon & not have to make an appointment for another day. Once I was told that they could do it that pm @ a cost of less than $100 & in about 1 hrs time, I decided to give them a green-light. It was done for a cost of $73 & took less than 1/2 hr. "Service due" The service department recently replaced some positions to fix a oil consumption issue, but now the turbo seems to be leaking oil now. Now I have another appointment to hopefully pinpoint that.

After looking around online, found the exact part for $18.38. Called McGrath back about the price difference. He said it must be the extra delivery cost. "Good: didn’t have to wait long for shuttle and a rep..." Good: didn’t have to wait long for shuttle and a rep texted me to keep me posted on status and details of repair. Bad: cost was $110 just to pull it in the garage. Charged me $345 to replace a washer fluid pump that can be accessed just under the front wheel well. To make it worse, when I pulled out the fluid they put in was freezing at 25*! The truck was also unwashed. Overall was disappointed by the high price for such a simple repair. "Usually good but not this time. " Frustrated with a rattle that they couldn’t find. Was told it would likely take all afternoon to find it. Huh? Picked up the vehicle and it smelled like someone had just smoked a cigarette in my car.

Didnt happen and made my wife late to work. What should've taken no more then 30 mins took over an hour with no excuses given. If your so busy that you cant make appointment times a notification would be helpful.

"08 Edge" The salesman went out of his way to help us find the right vehicle. Unfortunately the quality of your shop people have no clue what they are doing. They allowed a vehicle to be sold at full price "NADA suggested retail" and we have had to invest another $2500/$3500 to make the vehicle safe and roadworthy. Some of the money was reimbursed but still not happy about this and sorry to say will not recommend it anyone to purchase from your dealership without being able to take the vehicle to an independent mechanic shop... read more
