"Disappointed " I was really disappointed with the customer service. Working with Cody was excellent. He did a great job finding a car that was great for me and what I wanted out of a vehicle. Everything after that was not good. This was my first time buying my own car. After I signed all the paper work and was ready to leave, I was told the vehicle I just purchased had recalls and they needed fixed before I could take the vehicle. "One boo boo" Recall visit for Q7. Rodent wire damage also identified and fixed. Only problem was as I drove away after pickup orange check engine light was on. Had to turn around and go right back. Problem indentifed as unattached vacuum hose and quickly fixed, but this should have been caught before the car was turned over to me.
"Oil Change and Routine Maintenace " Joshua let me know other issues that were wrong with my car. He understood that I do most of my own maintenance and respected that by giving me information on what parts I need and directing me to the parts counter. This has nothing to do with Joshua. This is a Luther Park Place problem. I know it’s not Joashuas fault but for Gods sake, quit trying to sell that xxxx fee to rest maintenance. "People were great!" Paperwork takes too long! People were great to work with, but once deal agreed upon, everything slows down. Seems like there has to be better system available to speed this up.
"Improvements could be made " The only thing I don’t care for when I drop my vehicle off is no one welcomes me, I don’t even know who I’m supposed to go to for help as everyone just keeps working or ignores you. I went to another dealership before I bought my VW and they would be waiting to say hi the minutes I got out of my vehicle. Not as friendly and informative service as I would expect.
"Used Audi purchase" I was very satisfied wth the purchase process. I searched online for the car and worked with the salesman online, meeting in person when I drove to Tochester to collect the car.
"Pretty lengthy oil change" On December 26, 2018, at 8:17am I called Park Place Motors to make an appointment to get an oil change. Thinking that I would have to wait a few days for the oil service, 12 days later on January 7, 2019, I was able to make an appointment……..for an oil change. There was no other service needed. Upon pulling into the service bay on January 7th, fifteen minutes early, there were no other cars in the bay waiting, and an Audi SUV pulled in after me.
