"Tried buying car. Money ready." OK so after a week of trying to buy a 2008 Jeep grand Cherokee CRD and never getting the price quote so I could send it to my credit union they sold it and I found out a day later. "My car always comes back with another problem" Literally every time I take my car in to get serviced, another issue "magically" occurs soon after. This time it's my headlights. It was fantastic discovering this problem during a late night drive.

Brought my 2013 JSW TDI in due to an issue with surging while cruising. 88klicks on the odometer, a year ago VW replaced the injectors, after a similar problem. This time, car returned - no fix - still have surging and rapid deceleration. Mack advises me to drive another week and if issue not self resolved bring the auto back in for another... something. OK, it's gotta be fixed sometime, right?

"Disappointing" I scheduled an appointment for 9 am to change out winter wheels for summer ones. I asked when I arrived if employees who would be in my car would be wearing masks. I was assured that they would be. After four hours I texted to find out if my car was ready. I received a brief "No, it is not. We will let you know."
