"Service" Josh cares about me and my car. Forcing one to say at least 25 words before the survey can be submitted is ridiculous. Three blind mice, see how they run ..... now I have 34!!
"If You Want to Be Treated Well Go Someplace Else" Bought a used 2013 Mustang from McGrath Ford and was assured several times over the phone that it had a clean Carfax report. After a four hour drive to the dealership in a one-way rental I asked to see the Carfax report and found that it had been flagged due to a discrepancy on the mileage that indicated possible rollback. "BMW in Rochester " Only dealer for BMW within 30 miles. Could not have my car trucked to the twin cities. Too far and expensive. BMW, BMW, BMW, BMW.
"Uncomfortable chairs in waiting room" I am short & chairs were not tolerable to sit & there were no others to sit in. I had to walk outside & then take shuttle to Hobby Lobby rather than use waiting room.
"Luther Used Car Salesmen " I do not need a Luther used car salesman calling me prior to my next service review. As I told him ,he would likely totally insult me with his offer. Put me on the do not call list.Also, I find your final important notice which you are requesting before submission to be intimidating .
"Courteous and efficient " From making the appointment to having the service completed, I found the process very efficient. Mac was courteous throughout and thoroughly explained the service performed on my car. Your customer waiting room is comfortable and I appreciate the option of being given a ride if I needed one. I have no complaints!
"Oil change and brake fluid replaced " Good service but almost impossible to reach service advisor by phone unless you want to wait a day or so for a return call. That is usually too long to wait so I end up having to show up in person to speak to advisor in person. This is not the case when I have service done at ether of the BMW dealerships in the twin cities.
"Oil change and tire rotation" The service staff is friendly and accommodating. I waited in the lounge for the service which took just under 3 hours. I thought this a rather long wait for what was done
"Oil change " I have the smell of burnt oil in the cabin of the car. I will notify the dealer if it continues I wasn’t impressed the upcharge of a simple tire rotation.
