"Completely took advantage of us" Tech found no evidence of our concern (in written report we picked up), (didn't let us know), but Service called and said it could be the blower or a mouse nest and would cost us $$ to check it out. No trouble found but did replace the cabin filter, wasn't any different when we picked it up. "Great price but extremely unorganized debacle of a process" Great price and a mostly friendly but extremely unorganized staff throughout the purchase process. Some key takeaways from my experience: -Scheduled an appointment to see a vehicle but it was actually located on another lot in town. "Vehicle Service" I went in to schedule an appointment and was told they could do the service the next day and the service would take about an hour. Upon arrival for my appointment the Service Advisor I was supposed to be working with was busy with another customer, so Brett helped check in. I was presented with 3 service estimates one of which was around $900 and would have taken a whole day. Since I wasn’t expecting this I ended up taking the cheapest service for a little over $100.
