All services that need to be done we're accomplished however needed to go to another place to get tire rotation done even though service tech said tires were fine it was well over expected mileage They didn't want to do it disappointed and service in that portion and not taking care of their customers to ensure longevity in the vehicle. "I dropped my car off and left it to be repaired. I didn't..." I dropped my car off and left it to be repaired. I didn't have a appointment and told them to check out the air conditioner when they had time. They found a problem with the fan and repaired it. Super fast service!
"Once you actually buy the car they stop becoming..." Once you actually buy the car they stop becoming reachable. They sold me a car where they they advertised heated and cooled seats. Turns out they didn’t work. They instructed me to bring it to my local dealer and they would pay the warranty deductible. Now for the past 4 days I can’t get ahold of anyone from the dealership. It was also missing a feature entirely that they advertised.

If my vehicle was out of warranty I would go elsewhere... it’s a shame everything is tied to McGrath in cedar rapids
"Needed an alignment on my truck. I have had Park Place do..." Needed an alignment on my truck. I have had Park Place do my alignments for many years now. Trust is why I return. Another Dealer in town had installed new tires for the previous owner and one always leaked. Found that dealer failed to clean the beads and used the old valve stems. Park Place handled this also.
