I don't think I have experienced a better service advisor than Chad Renninger; he is extremely helpful - definitely the reason why I am coming back to BMW of Bridgewater, NJ.
My experience with BMW of Bridgewater was absolutely fantastic. I live in White Plains NY and have access to 6 authorized BMW dealers within 20 minutes of my home. I stopped by each one of them looking for a preowned 335i xdrive. While they all had several, either I did not like the price, the color combo or the salesperson (which was the case in 4 of the 6 dealers). They are like hawks. My husband and I drove over an hour to see a car that this dealership had posted on their website. The sales people were friendly and welcoming. I was shocked when they met the price that my husband wanted to pay for the car! There was no hard-sell; negotiating was actually a pleasant experience. I am extremely pleased with my car and I would recommend David and BMW of Bridgewater to anyone.

My entire experience from start to finish with the BMW of Bridgewater service department, and Chad specifically, was outstanding. Outstanding service!Thorough explanations of work being performed and recommended future work. Value added services like free shuttle, free loaner, etc. Very friendly and courteous staff. Prices are too high, though.
I should say I received the best BMW service experience ever. They knew what they are talking about and would recommend something only if its necessary and wouldn't try to rip us off by giving unnecessary options. I would definitely recommend them for anyone who owns a BMW.
